Baddy One Shoe pedals

Tornado in Raliegh area today. You dodge it ok buddy? I moved to Amarillo a year ago last week. Last summer I went through 9 of them, including one class 4. None hit me directly, but were close enough to hear them. One night I was at work and had to hide in the storm shelter for almost two hours as 5 back to back passed within a 3 mile radius of my work. They were class 2 and 3, but still enough to pucker the panic muscle.

Just wanted to check in and make sure Baddy One Shoe, Jimmy Rocket and his beautiful Golden Retriever are holding steady.

Yep, the tornados seem to have kept themselves a little east of baddyoneshoelandia, so we were safe and sound. Although I was apparently just outside of Raleigh in Cary meeting a guy in a McDonalds parking lot to buy some craigslist pickups just about the time it moved through. All I saw was heavy wind and rain.

thanks y'all. yeah, my wife's out there dealing with some family stuff. all of our family and friends are pretty much in the Nagasaki or Tokyo area. and we've checked in with everybody. so as long as they can reign in the nuclear side of things all should be good with our people. we only have one friend that comes from the Sendai area, and she's in NYC right now and her family is ok.

yeah, it's ******* AWFUL what's happened to so many people. i'm pretty geeked about the benefit my band is organizing for them tho. we're doing it at Slim's in SF and donating all the money to relief efforts out there. it's looking like it'll be a very cool thing.

it's gonna be June 12th at Slim'z in SF. we already have Kehoe Nation (members of MIRV) and i think kBrandow (Brandon from Fungo Mungo's new band) on the bill, working on some others. should be a lot of fun!

thanks big man! my singer's doing most of the organizing here, since my grrL's in Japan i'm dealing with which charity we're working with over there. soon as stuff gets more firmed up i'll get back to you about that.
