Badge for Eden cabinet

I was bummed when my badge finally gave up the ghost.

But we are talking about different badges - there are the metal ones like what you pictured and what is on my EX112, and there is the foil/paper adhesive one that came with my XLT-210, which deteriorated over the years.

Well you probably won't find that particular badge for the Eden "David" Series cabs. When David left Eden in 2009 they replaced it with the "D-Series" badge. The new D-series badge appeared for the first time in the 2010 catalog. The difference between them is the D-series cab's badge no longer had the dark bar at the top with the name "David" in it.

This is a "David" Series 210XST cab from the 2008 catalog, which was before David left Eden. Notice the "David" a the top of he badge:

This is the Eden D-series cab after David left in 2009. This is how they have appeared in 2010 and ever since. Basically jut cut off the "David" bar from the top.:

Probably E-bay, Reverb, or some other auction sites are the only place you find that David series cab logo plate.

I see that found a pair of them. Please let us know if they are the actual metal badges.

Good PSA announcement on those David era badges. Almost every one I see these days the badges are beaten up. I bought a XLT 410 a few years ago & the badge was perfect, surprisingly.

Bought a Highwayman WT 500 with it & this is my stay at home, too heavy to move rig. Still sounds great, hope I never need an amp repair on it.

Huh, my 210XLT and 210Ts from the late 1990s all have aluminum badges (David series). I bought a spare Al badge from Eden back at that time too along with a cab cover.

I stuck the spare badge on a Peavey 215 as a joke one rehearsal and it never left.

Maybe the badges survived becuase of the cab cover? :D

I have rectangular the aluminum badge, it's still on there, but there was also a round-ish gold silver badge as well;

mine is also from the mid-90s, possibly earlier, I forget when I got it. I forget a lot of things that long ago......

I'm back..The badges arrrived a couple of days ago and are just what I ordered..metal and they have David Eden inscribed. They do look a bit smaller than the one one on the cabinet, but wife says not. Cab is 7 miles away so I haven't measured it yet. I think it was something like $16 for the badges and shipping. Feel lucky to have found them. Thanks again for all the replies. Bob
