I bet it does! Love it! Er-except for the urge to replicate it! * Sounds of money flying out the pocket...*I guess I haven't posted this. Q10BX-D, 800w @8 ohms. A Mesa TT-800 sounds really nice going through it.

90 lbs. No problem, well worth the carry up and down the steps.
I saw a similar cabinet at a local store, also listed as S10-CUS. But it didn't have the red cone, so I was hesitant.Casually looking for a small quality cabinet. Anyone heard of this particualr model? "S10-CUS" Looks newish, but I don't see any "CUS" models anywhere on BE site. I messaged Bag End, curious to see what they come back with. Listed as Used at GC. Used Bag End S10-CUS at Guitar Center

If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say maybe the "CUS" is for a custom order.Casually looking for a small quality cabinet. Anyone heard of this particualr model? Listed as 90lbs. But after 90lbs it matters less...I think those older Deep Reds were like 106 pounds.
I bet it sounds awesome!
The initial press release said 106 pounds, the Data Sheet says 96 pounds.Listed as 90lbs. But after 90lbs it matters less...
I had a Mesa Diesel 410 for a bit. Sounded great, but it had its own gravitational field. As soon as you got it about 2" off the ground it began to pull itself back to earth...
This is taller and somewhat lighter I think. I do really like this cab.
I often stand corrected. The initial press release said 106 pounds, the Data Sheet says 96 pounds.

Spot on @John D HarrisIf I were to hazard a guess, I'd say maybe the "CUS" is for a custom order.
I am fairly sure there is variability in the weight from one cab to another as the density of wood of any given species is variable, I'm just pointing to the sources of record.I often stand corrected.![]()
It's mere stubbornness. I'm built like a stick, I'm 65 next month, and being stubborn will have an ugly prize for me if I'm not attentive... But hey all in the name of fun, right?!I am fairly sure there is variability in the weight from one cab to another as the density of wood of any given species is variable, I'm just pointing to the sources of record.
There was a Hartke HD112 bass cab I was looking at and the manufacturer's spec was 34 pounds, yet one owner said his weighed 43 pounds - that's a big difference for a small cabinet.
So it is within the realm of possibility that yours does weigh 90 pounds.
I used to be like you about cabinet weight, but now, it's anything over 50 pounds, might as well weigh 100 pounds.
I'm 75 years young! It's mere stubbornness. I'm built like a stick, I'm 65 next month, and being stubborn will have an ugly prize for me if I'm not attentive... But hey all in the name of fun, right?!
And I didn't weigh the cab, just forgot the spec...
Just q better version of what you were 50 years ago, right?I'm 75 years young!
I definitely feel I have life sorted out much better!Just q better version of what you were 50 years ago, right?
Same here.
