Smart move. Once the work is completed you should form a relationship with your new tech. Most pros love to talk about their work. They love to teach. Engage them in conversation. If you approach them with a thirst for knowledge, most of these folks will tell you more than you ever wanted to know.

This is an important resource. If it is not supported it will eventually disappear. If you are happy with the work, tell all your friends and make sure that when they take their stuff to them they mention your name.
