Hi, I just got a Big Game CVLT Deluxe and am wondering what the balanced out jack does. What do I do with that? Is it just a dry output that I can use for two amp setups?

Balanced out? What does it do?

The main idea is to plug from there into an XLR mic input (at the mixer or interface as L said). The reason mic jacks and cables are balanced (3 conductor) is because balanced cables reject noise over very long cable runs.
Fun fact: Balanced lines were one of several innovations in sound engineering that needed to be developed because of the Beatles. In this case, the Beatles were the first band to really face the problem of noise being introduced over very long cable runs (since they were the first band to routinely play in stadiums). And, voila! We got the balanced lines!
