The label will probably end up hidden by the pickguard, though the numbers might be kinda cool to show.

He thought about it, but decided to go with the Hipshot instead. He has Fluences on his Schecter KM-7, wanted to go passive on this one.

Yeah the bevels just make the Tele look so hot!

That cutaway creates a gorgeous, kinda yin-yang- fibonacci flow from the upper wing...
And that hard forearm bevel? Nice.

I would keep it pointy.

Neal Moser doesn't seem too concerned. Valid question though.
Next time I talk to him I'm going to ask if he gets a lot of requests to fix busted tips.

I agree. I like the base Tele idea, but it needed to be pushed more aggressive, and more modern. When I saw the Solar T shape, and more importantly that aged wood, I was into the idea, then Jon, and I started talking about this idea.

Bare Knuckles War Pigs with aged nickel covers. He's still deciding it Alnicos or Ceramics.

It's going to be Bare Knuckle War Pigs. We will go ceramic Bridge, and Alnico neck. I like Duncan Black Winters, and most pick ups that were voiced by Keith Merrow when he was still with Duncan. I thought about going Nazgul Sentient, but I have already owned guitars with them. They are a great set. My KM7 has Keith's Fluence set, which is great, but they are not high output, and I wanted something more ballsy than the Fluence Moderns. The Blackouts are cool, but on this axe I want to stick to passives.

No Evertune. I haven't played an ET enough to truly decide if I want one. I do absolutely love the Hipshot Ibby High mass bridge, so that is what I went with. I love fluence stuff, but I have them in my other 7, and I just don't love the Moderns. There are only 5 fluence options for 7 strings, and I already have the KM set. I don't want to do another Nazgul Sentient build, and BKP makes killer nickel covers to add to the look of the axe. So Warpigs it is.

This one has the advantage of having the tuners in the usual order. The sketch you posted earlier, might feel to the player as if the high E & B tuners are the wrong way around.

It's almost like a Music Man like headstock layout in a cool Tele style shape. I like this version more.
