Baldman Seven String Tele

What does this mean?

It's my preferred 7 string tunings. Drop D A 7 is six string Drop D so the low E is tuned down to D with the seventh string the low B tuned down to A. Instead of 7 string B standard of BEAdgbe,it is ADAdgbe. Drop C G7 is similar, it's just even lower. The low B is dropped to G, the low E is dropped to C, and the other 5 strings are in 6 string D. It is GCGcfad. There are times where I will just stay in 7 string Drop G which is GDGcfad. I do use heavier strings for it. I prefer 11-52 and 70 for the low B.

So we went through a couple of iterations of how to balance a tele look with showing off the labeling, etc.

Then I remembered the Cabronita:

Probably not. These things get sloshed pretty heavily with bourbon all the time. One of the things I'm testing on a scrap piece which has some lettering on it. This is probably getting grain-filled with epoxy which should protect the lettering. I'll probably use my usual Varathane WB but in satin.
