Brand-new (tiiiiiiny) label Well-Dressed Records LLC is looking for a talented bass player to help bring Krestovsky's songs to the stage. Krestovsky is a singer/songwriter/recording artist who is dying to play live, and has a drummer and lead guitarist, but still needs a bassist to do so. We're in our mid-twenties, but welcome interested folks from diverse age ranges.

Songs already written (and being written); sample cds provided so you can see if the music fits your style--just shoot us an e-mail. Head to www.myspace.com/krestovsky for a quick listen in the meantime.

Practices are once a week on Saturday or Sunday in our basement, located in beautiful Bolton Hill (unless you have a more viable option). You will almost certainly be treated to delicious, often homemade, snacks during practice sessions.

At various stages in his evolution, Krestovsky's music has incorrectly/poorly/mistakenly been compared to Neutral Milk Hotel, Neil Young, Built to Spill, Elton John, Songs:Ohia--and though Krestovsky cringes at the entirely inept comparison--Pavement. Subconsciously influenced by the likes of Elliott Smith, The Silver Jews, and Joan of Arc, though he would never claim his music is reflective of this. Described by friendly critics as a "pop balladeer with songs so good you might get sick to your stomach."

If you have any questions or just want someone to talk to, e-mail Erin at welldressedrecords@gmail.com

Wish I was looking (I live north of the city). Best of luck!
