Band Names....

Two recommendations above that I agree with:
1) Imagine your band name on your first CD. Does it look good? Does it help describe your band's music in any way?

Interesting... We've been debating two names and are going to bring it to a vote. I think one fits our style better, but the other is really popular with our friends. Choosing a band name is too hard...

Forever A Phobia = FAP

This has been pointed out. Me, drummer, and rhythm guitarist like the Magistrate. New guitarist, who has been moving in a heavier direction (a good thing for us), thinks it doesn't sound heavy. Haven't gotten the opinion of the new singer. The Magistrate is also a favorite among our friends, family, and fans.

doesnt it matter how the band feels about it more than if people like it?

also i wasnt in love with any of them.....however Ocean Forever seems ok to me.....or.....Forever Something Else. bleh idk

It does. But to my knowledge, everybody but the lead guitarist/singer is OK with it. In this case, the lead guitar/singer is the same person because he does both. I don't think the dedicated singer has a problem with it.
