My rumble 350 v2 head has been getting all the love. For small rooms run it with either an Eden EX112 or Avatar B210 (both are 4 ohm) usually with tiltback floor stand. For medium to large venues or outside gigs I use two 115 v3 rumble cabs. Always carry GK MB200 in gig bag for backup. I recently purchased the new Peavey Max 115 combo and am pretty impressed with it. It is not a lightweight combo but seems to be a lot of bang for the buck so far.

or you could hodge podge something like this together....borrow a 4x15 Kustom (aka the refrigerator) from a friend accompanied by an Ampeg 4x8 and power it with whatever else you can come up with.

I hate that head and only use it for practice at home now. The 4x8 Ampeg is on dust collecting duty although it is really a quality cabinet but, I just got my (2 ) 4x10 Hartke cabs back from the west coast with the Ampeg PF 500 and all is good. The 4x15 is on stand by...

Disclaimer: I have no idea what I am doing. I just plug things in and if they don't explode go from there shaping my sound for the band Im playing in at that time.

I am wanting to piece together a rig for bar gigs and private functions. Guessing 200 to 600 people, sized places. I am having a delima as to what to buy. I currently have a Traynor SB112 that has amazing sound especially when used with my pedals, namely a Sans Amp, Ampeg SCR DI and a B3 for all the effects. However I don't think it is enough.

So pls post pics of your rigs that you use for these style of gigs, and any suggestions would be appreciated.

It would have to keep up with 2 guitars, and a power drummer. We will be doing mainly classic rock, blues and pop country.
I can use a 4 10 cab or a 1 15 cab or mix cabs and My HA5500 can out punch any drummer.
So for me I can us a Fender 100 and up to a 500 watter for any bar.
To me 500 watts can reach out and pick up people with the right cabs and speakers.
When I was a lad many many moons ago I was using a 45w TNT 100.
Now days the pa guys will DI or mic amps so I go for sound first.
