Like every good 4x10" that's come before, the Four10 is very loud for its size, but unlike them it has unique Barefaced Line Array technology to give superior disperson and its Hybrid Resonator produces bigger deeper lows from a smaller enclosure. Alex Claber from Barefaced explained:
"The characteristics of most 10" speakers require a smaller sealed cab or a very large ported cab. The problem with sealed 410s is the lows tend to sound thin whilst most ported examples are smaller than ideal, causing unwanted boom and a lack of sonic depth. Our Hybrid Resonator allows us to keep the cab size right down whilst achieving a bass tone that is both fat and tight."
The Four10 is the latest addition to the Barefaced 10CR range
Featuring the same 10CR250 driver as their acclaimed One10, Two10, Six10 and Eight10 cabs, the Four10 is efficient enough to sound great in a rock band when pushed by a 100W valve amp but it'll handle 1000W of power if you want thunderously clean lows. And like all Barefaced cabs, it weighs far less than anyone would expect - only 22.5kg / 49lbs with a cloth grill.
