Bass/Amp Combo for John Entwistle tone?

When I was a young man I remember when I was working at Sunn Musical in Tualatin Oregon. We sent 8 Coliseum Slaves and all the speaker cabinets were specially made in Oregon for Entwistle. He used that for years and it seemed like that was his best sound and when The Who was at their peak. Going to see them in Vegas on the last day of the 50 American tour. Can't wait.

Wow how fun for you! My studio is full of SUNN. Both Norm and Conrad signed meselfs SUNN logo plate on one Amp!

Just use Rotosounds and change your strings every day. Crank up the OD and highs, and then of course play like John Entwistle.
