Double Bass bass combo double as PA

i am looking to get a small bass combo that has 2 channels and would sound good with a baritone ukulele, tenor banjo and mabe some vocals on one channel and obviously the bass on the other. this would be teamed up with a 2 channel acoustic guitar amp for smaller gigs that we don't need a real PA. right now it is in-between a markbass ac101/121 or an AI combo but i haven't played on any of them. what AI combo do you think would work best for this? or if there is a different amp you can think of with 2 channels plenty of power and under 30lbs. thank you

We have a lot of singer-guitarists out there with Codas, one local guitarist with I've played took my Ten2 to audition and the b****** never returned it. :crying:

The Coda and other AI combos can be a good choice for somewhat intimate situations, though elevating it (as with any amp/speaker) certainly makes a difference. I know a nearby singer-guitarist guy that has been doing tons of singles gigs with an old Coda for years. Per my suggestion he scored a small PA speaker w/stand which he takes and plugs into the Coda, but it is not needed very often. He only takes it when the club is deep or has more real estate than the Coda can comfortably handle.
