bass frecuencies :S

hi !!!!
right now I'm playing my bass
but i just noticed something that has really confused me!!!
when i was playing random tones i noticed that if i played D in any of its positions in 2nd 3th or 4th string, my snare drum that is in my downstairs room makes a rattle noise !!! only sounds if i play D :S
and if i play A# in any of its positions something here in my tv room sounds :S also a rattle noise!!! but only if i play those 2 notes something sounds :S

what do you think is happening?
