Bass Fuzz suggestions

I would look at investing a bit more. Some quality fuzzes to be had in the classifieds for about $30 more, like a Grey Stache or Arc Effects Big Green Pi for the muff sound, or a Team Awesome Fuzz Machine for a slightly more synthy fuzz, akin to what's in that KoL tune. There's also a Hardwire TL-2 for a third of that, which mmbongo has said will get you in the ballpark of a TAFM or Grey Stache. Not sure how much low end it retains, but Hardwire pedals seem to be good about that, and you're already splitting your signal, anyway.

I've been on a quest for fuzzes with HUGE low end. Try a swollen pickle reissue or a audio monk fuzz potion. I wouldn't call them synthy (source electronics multiwave is good for that), but they both deliver massive low end fuzz.
