That Carvin B1500 seems to really be as good as we all think it is!

I look forward to Tom and Vic posting their NAMM pictures and vids on the BassGear site. That should be fun.

first class job. practically the only part of bass player i read is the equipment reviews. i've always wanted a magazine that was almost exclusivly gear oriented with a little fluff here and there instead of the other way around.

I agree Pilbara, although I have no kids (although I am a carer for 4 little rascals who are in state care) so it will be me going without food for a year!

I've been hassling my local music store to get a P5 in so I can try it out, although I'm starting to think all I need is 4 strings in CGCF. I really enjoy the style of Bass Gear Mag though, more tech less talk
