I play a Mesa Big Block 750 with a 410 and 115 and a G&L ASAT bass. I believe that this is the best combination of sound/power I've been able to find. Anyone have opinions or other suggestions?

would you throw it out if I said I thought it sucks?
Personally, I want small, light, portable. So 2 x 210cabs and a 250w MarkBass backpack amp. Done. Mainly coz of my back, plus I'll only be playing pubs and small clubs.
It's all about where you will be playing. Bigger venues or louder band needs bigger amp and more speakers.
The REAL question is: what PEDALS ?
