Bass guitar with no name please help

One of my friends is selling this bass but all it says is reinforsed steel neck and made in japan. can anyone help me identify it or point in the right direction? thanks

It is a model made at the Matsumoku factory in the late 1960s. It was exported under various brand names, such as Aria Diamond, DIA and Ventura.

i can't find any on the net, would you have any idea how much it would be worth or where i could look to sell it? (if i choose to buy it)

i asked her for a serial number and she gave me this 2295037 but i cant find a match.. thought that might help
