Bass guitars looking like upright

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask a questione: Do you know of any basses that look like upright ones? I really like the looks of the Takamine tb10, and wondered if it was the only one.

Thanks to everyone, the Toby Chennel one is awesome, one of the best looking instruments i have ever seen, but it is a bit..pricey.

Is the Zenith out of production? It's not easy to find one around...

Epiphone Upright Bass. Normally it is played upright because it comes with an adjustable end pin. I don't have the arm for a upright, so I sling mine sideways. It has a humbucker in the bridge position only. I have hot-rodded mine by replacing the Sidewinder pickup with a DiMarzio Model One. A mini-switch (series/single-coil/parallel) and a thumb rest round out the package. Cheers. ;^D.

If you mean acoustic basses with f soundholes, Samick made one some years back. A more affordable near-equivalent of the Chennel bass would be a 1/4 sized DB.

OP was asking for "looks like", not necessarily requiring bow-ability.

What is unique about the Barker pickup? From the one in the classifieds, looks like a regular P style, something special on the insides?
