Okay, I'm new to bass-playing and I got my first bass recently. I'm in my school's band and it asks for my personal instrument, brand, and serial number. The only problem is there is no serial number, and the brand's name is BC I guess, but I can't find any trace of it anywhere. (Not B.C. Rich, just BC.) it's a blue four string bass, and I'm just really confused.

No clue, but it looks like a Fender Precision Bass copy of some sort, so you’re off to a real good start there!! Get some flat wound strings and a pick and you’ll get along in this sub forum just fine. :) If I were you I’d just make up a brand and serial number for the school form.
