One thing I discovered about writing original bass lines is that, if it fits in the song, I can't play it wrong.

Hmmm. Bobby Colomby sounds like an interesting cat. Lots of stories there - I am going to have to look up the period Jaco played w/ BS&T and see if any recordings exist.
