Bass lesson cost?

Really depends on where you live and how qualified is the teacher.
Great teachers will charge $80 to $100 an hour.
A highschooler might charge $10 to $20 an hour.

Qualification of teacher, facility, extras.

I pay $100/hr for my son's violin lessons. This includes the teacher, performance facility, accompanist (rehearsal and performance).

Although that is most likely on the high-side. I'd say in L.A., a quality teacher, with their own teaching space, is around $50-$65/hr.

There are places where you can get pretty good 'free' lessons (on scholarship). In L.A., there's the Silverlake Conservatory (Flea's music school, supported by donations).
