I never hold anything Migma in my hands. I understand that Migma factory was of much lesser scale than Musima, so Migma products weren't available outside East Germany.
I bought a Migma Elektra once, in blue sparkle linoleum. I thought I could make it playable with a little work. It was a very educational experience, and one I will not repeat.
No idea who made this, just found it a minute ago.
