In case you missed it this week, the James Webb telescope just sent back pics of the SMACS 0723 galaxy, photons that have been travelling for 4.6 billion years, and some of the stuff in the background is more than 12 billion years old. Pre-dating human eyeballs by a bitYou've proved MY point — the world is a construct within our minds, ergo the visible light spectrum and the phenomenon of refraction cannot pre-date the existence of human beings because we weren't there to witness its existence or non-existence!
