Bass Meme War! Go!!

Sometimes, her bass gets a little lost in the mix, but when you isolate it, you realize just how good she is. :bassist:
She’s a good little player. She works hard. Actually, all three ladies do.

That Spector bass she plays is excellent too. I’m wondering in the quest to fatten out a power trio sound, her effects might be the issue.

I know my bass playing son has that Darkglass o/d as well as a couple of other effects and he tends to lose “bass coherency” as I call it when he plays multiples.

Who knows? It might be the hip bass sound for the 2020s and we’re too over the hill to know it.:roflmao:

Lol! I had an Acoustic 360 early on.
This photo brings back a memory.

My garage band played a n outdoor party one and the cops broke it up and they tried confiscating mine and the guitarist gear. He had an Acoustic 330 with a 610 cab.

They tried to stuff my cab in their trunk and his in the back sit of their cruiser. Sorry to say, but neither cop looked like they had hit the gym in weeks. They couldn’t figure how to fit them in. :roflmao: God, they were pissed and every one was quietly snickering.

They finally gave up and just wrote out a couple of tickets and left.

I see your female bassist bass face, and raise with a pair of Este Haim:

Lol! I’ll match Este against this gem of a photo. Local girl here about 15 years or so ago. This is a high school shot, I believe. She was pretty ferocious on both electric and upright. Just looked her up. She got her doctorate in music not too long ago.
