Bass Rack Tuner

I just bought a Sabine on Reverb for $28 shipped yesterday.
I have had the same hand held ST100 tuner since the mids 80's and it works well on bass.
Will report back on the dicontinued rack version.

Fender made one but have no idea about the quality for bass.

I just got this new to me Sabine RT-1601 rack tuner and compared it against my dead mint Conn ST-11 Strobotuner.
Supposedly, these old mechanical Conn tuners are considered some of the most accurate tuners made and bosts .01 cents accuracy.
In any event, lots of shops believe in the Conn's.

The Sabine is amazing.
It tracks really closely with the Conn.
An open E string between the two, MIGHT be a little different when looking at a spinning wheel vs. the LED's.
Evereything else is dead on.
Lastly, the Sabine is much more sensitive than most electronic tuners although I have not tried a Turbo Tuner.
The best $28 I've spent in a long time.
