actually, they do make that, it's called the complete score. comes with all the instruments.
 
John Zorn does make some very interesting music - I like it. Jazz metal and rock fusion have similarities, as does progressive metal/ rock. In the end, some music you just cannot classify - it's a meld of styles and rhythms. As long as it moves you, that's what counts...
