Anyone know of any knowledgeable bass teachers in the DFW area? Every time I go to look online all I am getting is music schools like School of Rock and things like that. I understand these places are great for beginners, however I am an intermediate player and am looking to focus on some of the harder things. If anyone knows of anyone or knows of any places that would be worth the time let me know!

If you don’t get any specific individual leads, you may check with TCU or Wesleyan and see if their music departments have anyone. Denton would be a little drive, but I have a couple of friends who have done some instruction with people from UNT, and they were pleased.
You want Jacob Smith. Dude's an absolute beast and, last I heard, was still living in Ft. Worth. He also has some instructional videos on Daric's Bass Lessons.

Don't discount Skype/Zoom lessons. I took lessons from two online teacher for several years, who were both great, and got alot out of them.
