Bass Volume increases

if you're using a tube amp, they'll produce more volume as they get warmer and warmer.

It's an illusion. Tube amps (or any correctly functioning amps) DO NOT increase in output over time. 
What's the bass? What's your rig?
Could it be the soundguy cranking you up in the house?
Also, beware of ear fatigue. Can make you "hear" some funny things.

It could be that as the night goes on you get better at picking the bass out from the mix making you think it is louder.
Yeah, and auditory hallucinations are the worst kind, a very serious symptom. At least, that's what the voices tell me.

It appears that you have somehow entered an alternate universe. In this universe bass amp volume decreases. Have you recently played any country songs backwards? Or perhaps have drunk the Kool-Aid? Maybe your transporter signals got mixed up the last time you were beamed up!
As you warm up, you may be striking the strings harder.......
Making any tweaks to your EQ over the course of the night? That will affect your volume every time, even if you are leaving the volume knob itself alone.
Alternative universe for sure. The guitars don't mysteriously get louder over the course of a gig and bass does? That's a first! Lol.
I've always felt the reverse to be true- I seem quieter as the night progresses (guitar and keys turn up!). I don't retaliate, though. Maybe your amp is upside down??

Presuming you don't have a sound guy playing with your levels on the FOH system, if the crowd decreases later in the gig, there are fewer bodies to soak up the sound and you'll get more bounce-back from the walls, floor and ceiling. ??? - sounds reasonable. I have had crowds increase to the point the whole group turns up a bit. Makes sense you might need to turn down as the crowd decreases...totally a guess.
