Bass whammy power question

So I have read different thoughts on powering the Digitech bass whammy but wanted some more opinions. I have the DC7 that puts out 660 9v but the the pedal says 1300ma. Anyone else use the DC7 with the Whammy?

Yeah the pedal side says 1300mA and the supplied PSU is 1300mA as well, but otoh the specs say power consumption is 265mA.

Probably best to ask Digitech directly...
