I have quite small hands and have yet to come across a neck more comfortable than that of my Aria Pro II SB-1000 - a pretty wide 44mm (1.732") at the nut but only 52mm (2.047") at the 12th fret and 16mm string spacing at the bridge! I love it with the strings running almost parallel, easy on my right hand and very comfy playing the higher frets.
