Basses while busking

Hi I'm going busking with my band next week , it will be my first time busking I'm wondering should I bring my American vintage jazz 62 or epiphone eb-0 would the epiphone be the safer bet, thanks

If you're worried about theft, I'd go with the Epi. It's a short-scale and easier to cart around as well.

I would think it would depend upon where you're busking.

If you're busking outside, there's always a chance it may start to rain. I wouldn't risk a vintage '62 with that thought alone. Maybe, unless there's a 100% chance of sun with no rain, I may consider it. (Even then some weather forecasts may not be correct.)
