Basses you will own one day... but not yet

I dont know about you guys but there are a few basses I like enough to want to own one day, but there are other basses that I would rather own first. Yet these basses never really go away, they are always in the back of your mind.

So what bass do you think you will one day own.... and what bass is a higher priority?

For me, I want to one day own a pre 98 warwick thumb bolt on, (with the all wenge neck). However, before that I really want to order a Nordstrand custom and perhaps even a Benavente custom.

I'd like a 6 string Stambaugh doublecut and a Drozd Legend, either 6 or 8 strings. Probably go with the 8, because before I ever get those I'll have a pair of Roscoe SKB3006's, one fretted and one fretless, and I think four 6 strings is a plenty.

And that's just the to-do list for bass, I've got a saxophone and a couple guitars to buy before giving Keith a call.

A nice Jazz bass, I think a Lakland Skyline DJ; Lake Placid blue, Maple blocked and bound neck, black or black pearl guard, USA Hipshot tuners.

Thats really what I want to own someday. A Sadowsky is my ultimate goal but I won't go that route until I'm making money with music. Plus I don't think the $2500 Sadowsky would appreciate being brought around to sweaty basements and clubs!
