There's enough fruits in this thread...
Avocado, cucumber, squash, okra, olive, pumpkin!
A nice attempt, but I'm afraid that I can only award two points for this.
Never used a plank in the smoker. Have on the grill and its worked out great. If using a plank in the smoker, should I reduce the amount of wood chips?
Smoked a brisket for dinner tonight. Marinaded it for two days in a homemade bourbon sauce before putting it in. Used less water than normal too. Oh man was it good. I can still smell it on me. May not have to wash these clothes for a while.
May 28 is National Brisket Day!Nice job on the brisket. Homemade marinades are part of the fun! I'm putting on a pork butt this weekend. Marinade is brown sugar, shoyu, ginger, and anise. Then, it's turkey time!

I have some fish in the oven. Cod to be exact. Thought about smoking it instead but was afraid it would flake apart in the smoker.
Really? I thought it had a solid groove, myself. Cheers, man! I dig your basses. I guess my old stuff would make me cringe a bit, too. It happens to me all the time; tunes you think will rock the house, don't get noticed. The ones you think will bomb, pack the floor. Go figure.Holy bejeebus thats an old and messy version........
I tried smoking fish once and couldn't get it to light.
