I'm sorry, but please fix the spelling in the title of the thread. I normally have Grammar Nazi turned off, but that just can't be excused...
Timothy Schmidt, Michael Anthony, Jack Bruce, Geddy, John Lodge, Jason Scheff are a few that come to mind, and although it may be a stretch to call some of them "awesome", they're very good.
Phil Lynncott! Of Thin Lizzy fame, his voice is killer!

My friend saw them at Ozzfest... 2 or 3 years ago and he said his voice is just bone chilling live. After watching they're live VD I hve to agree, he's got a great voice. Isn't he classically trained or something?

I'd definitely have to say Larry Graham. He even released a single without him playing the bass, and it turned out to be a huge hit in the '80s. Larry Graham - One in a Million You
