Bassman TV 15 loud enough for gigs? Cab extensions possible?

This would be my first dedicated bass amp. Previously, I was using a Zoom digital recording device as a pre-amp and using a Klipsch subwoofer as my amp. Feel free to roll your eyes at me. lol!

Woah, woah... calm down, buddy. We were all just joking, same as when people talked about wearing crocks and jorts.

Last thing on my mind when posting that was to insult anybody. All of us can look funny when a pic is taken without warning and I was making funny observations, that's all.

Thanks again for your input. I think I might get the Bassman TV 15 after all, though it'll probably be real tough to find one around here. Something tells me the dual-10 or the 12 will probably be more popular due to their size.

I'm also an owner of the Bassman duo-ten! I love it and like my ol' buddy p-oddz said, it is loud! I play a 62 fender jazz re-issue through it and it sounds amazing. No horn and the Eq'ing is a passive tone stack, so it's different than the modern heads.

It is merely subjective. I play the 15, so of course I would say the 15. Boone plays the pair of 10's, so he'd probably say that. Depends on your personal style and opinion.

I played the 150 watt 12 in at Sam ash...it sounds amazing, but I want the 300 watt...
I was wondering if there was any difference in sound quality...or if one was better than the other for smaller venues
