Invalid Link Removed is one of the websites that hosts tabs in GP* format (the format guitar pro uses).

To get Powertab, try this:

I haven't seen it mentioned here but TuxGuitar Invalid Link Removed is a free alternative that opens (and possibly edits/saves) Guitar Pro and Powertab files (among others).
