BB415 yamaha 5 string pblem

hi i hve a BB415 yamaha 5 string and hving pblem with the height of the string.actually its 5mm frm the fret to the string and it sound distort.when i try to low it cnt ply cause the string touch the fret sme places.is ther smthing i need to chg or wht shld i do

No, my english is far from flawless too. But English isn't my first language and I'm at least trying to make it understandable for others.

You should try to use more vowels. I don't think I fully understand your problem, so I'll let others handle it...
