Got a Yamaha BB435 recently. It's well built and very stable. My only complaint is that the pickups seem kind of bland. I was a sax major in college and recall that Yamaha saxes seemed to be the same - well made, not much "character." Anybody else noticed this? There aren't any Yamaha dealers near me to compare my instrument against others or I'd go play more.
