BEAVER FELTON DOES IT AGAIN!!!! AAA+++

I have bought a few basses (4) from Beaver and he has always been great in price and service. I bought a Warwick 6 string BO Broad Neck Thumb Bass that had some issues with the tuners that turned out to be a factory problem. Because of Beaver and the service at Dana B. Goods (Warwick Reps Marc and Rob). The bass was shipped and back to me in less than a week and a half...FIXED. Beaver has always worked with me and has given me ample reason NEVER to buy a bass from anyone else. What is up with selling a bass that has been played by all as "New". Not Beaver if it was played by anyone it is a "demo" even "as new". I live outside of Philly and will never deal with anyone else. INTEGRITY as good as his playing. As for Warwick... Love em.

BTW, although you thanked me personally, it's really what the entire staff at BC does. I get similar feedback about all my guys' customer service. This Really is what we try to provide to everyone....
