I wanted to share an extremely positive experience I had with BecosFX. I’ve owned several of their compressors and recently purchased a Mini from them. I noticed a minor issue (clicking when set to extreme settings and no instrument connected to lead) and checked with them to see if this was normal operation. Their support was outstanding! They walked me through troubleshooting steps and determined that an smd component may need to be replaced.
They made sending the pedal to them (located in Austria while I am in the USA) for repair extremely easy and returned it promptly with a full diagnostic. Everything works great now.
I think many on Talkbass know how great their compressors are, but I wanted to share just how fantastic my experience was with their support team. Also thanks to Tony at GearHero. I purchased the pedal from this store and they were also extremely responsive when I contacted them.
