Before I bring it to the shop...

Hey guys,
I was playing away today and my 5 string Peavey Foundation cut out on me. They're passive pick-ups so there's no battery to replace. Obviously I tried other basses and leads which worked but the problem seems consistent with the Peavey. Any solutions/tips would be appreciated! :help:

had the same thing happen to me with a mustang bass. turns out it was the input jack not connecting just inside the bass. easy fix and never had another problem with it since. just had to squeeze the clip that is on the other side of the input jack so that it made a tight connection.
