Behringer BX4500H Limit LED

Hi all. Im new to the forum.
Just recently bought a BX4500H with BB115 Cab as im on a budget.

Basically I played the thing yesterday in practise, and I can't understand if the 'Limit LED' is a good thing, or a bad thing to be lighting up?

When I play, the LED is basically flicking on & off really quickly when I play high notes on the 'A' string or if im performing heavy down picking on the 'E'.

From Google searching, I've read that users are told to turn down the 'Gain'. But my 'Gain' was set fully 'Anti/Counter-Clockwise', and still I got the LED lighting up.

I don't get it!! and I don't understand Ohm's, Impedance, Resistance, and are Speakon connectors better to use than 1/4 Jack?

Yes I'm a reall novice at these things. I've played bass for over 10 years and this is the first amp i've owned!

Help, is much appreciated. Thanks :bassist:
