Live in the Seattle area (born and raised!), bought my first bass (Fender Jazz) right around my 16th birthday, 42 years ago! My one and only bass, although I’ve been thinking about buying another one, which is partly why I joined (I’m a lefty so availability was an issue, also was not playing as much for a while).
