Best 10" Cabinet Speaker

I am looking into building a 810 bass cabinet, What are the best speakers I could use?

Old CTS 10"s from the 70's or Weber CTS clones are my favorites. Those won't handle a lot of power but they'll handle an SVT tube head easily. If you want high power, Eminence makes an SVT speaker, but they have zero high end and sound really muffled compared to the CTS's.

I've also heard Jensen Mods work well in 810's. They're dirt cheap, and handle about the same amount of power as CTS's.

The quick answer: eight 10" speakers.

The longer answer: it depends on 1) your tone goals, 2) your cabinet design, and 3) your budget.
