Best bass for whacking someone in the head?

One of Leo Fender's stated original design criteria was that Fenders are good for fightin' yer way out of a bar...
I actually had to do that once at a bar we were playin' at in the Bronx in 1966. I had a 1958 P and didn't actually hit anyone, but it was close.
Those edges also are notorious for snapping off faster than a Gibson Headstock at a Who concert.maybe a unique dean bass like the razorback, they have sharp edges.
Heavy ash body 70's Fender Precision.One of the boat anchor ones with the thick polyurethane finish.
They usually stay in tune after you whack someone with the body. Although they are not basses the 70's Fender Telecaster or Strat guitar with the ash body are good too.The guitars are a bit lighter so you can get a good swing going with less effort.They don't stay in tune as well.The heavy 70's Fender Jazz's,while effective,are not quite as well suited for the purpose.Sometimes the three bolt necks would go out of alignment after the body made contact with someone's head.A 70's ash Precision with a four bolt neck is your best bet.
Gibson basses.despite the considerable weight of some Grabbers,Rippers & Thunderbirds,are usually a poor choice.70's & 80's import Fender bass copies are usually a fine choice.The models made from layered plywood work well and hold their tune well after contact.Hondo and Astron are two brands I can vouch for.Make sure they are late 70's ,early 80's models without an angled headstock.A pointy hairmetal bass headstock can be useful for an eye or throat jab though & with that type of headstock you have the advantage of not having to take the bass off your shoulder.A little practice & and you can disable someone and not stop playing.

? I know a couple of evil bar owners who could use a bass upside the headOh man... I have a "Moses Sparrow Upright" that I would choose as a weapon. It's not really an upright, more like a bass on a stick. It swings like a cricket bat just like a steinberger, but very cheap to replace.
I would go with a MIJ '51 Reissue.
I'd say the second version of the Telecaster bass, but I'm worried the 3-bolt neck might not hold up under heavy usage.
