Best Bass Tab Ever!!

I'm about to drop a ton of fun ones.

Buncha Beatles ones-McCartney was ridiculous.
"Rain" (my fav), "Oh! Darling", "With A Little Help From My Friends", "Wait", "Nowhere Man", "Lovely Rita", "I Saw Her Standing There", "Come Together", "Something", "You Never Give Me Your Money", "Taxman", "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds", "Hey Bulldog",
"Paperback Writer" and also "Drive My Car" and "Day Tripper", but those just echo the guitar.

"Sweet Child O' Mine"-Guns N' Roses
"Hysteria"-Muse (rated #1 bassline by NME, nbd)
"Resistance", "New Born" & "Invincible"-Muse
"Limelight"-Rush
"Can't Stop"-RHCP
"Longview", "Welcome to Paradise" & Sassafrass Roots"-Green Day

Those are all great but I'd say the greatest is "Rain" because it was a turning point for the Beatles, bass guitar and music in general.

Norman Watt-Roy of Ian Dury and the Blockheads delivered some fantastic stuff:
Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick (takes practice if you're just starting, but great for building speed!),
I Want To Be Straight,
Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll.

Bruce Foxton also created some very tasty stuff with The Jam -
Start,
Strange Town,
Down In The Tube Station At Midnight,
Eaton Rifles.
(Very difficult to find these transcribed accurately though, I haven't had any luck.....)

Some other random bass-tasty songs that I just loooove to dig into that you might also appreciate....

Montrose - Paper Money, Rock Candy, I Got The Fire

Duran Duran - Rio (changed my opinion of the band completely when I heard the bass on this), Girls On Film

The Specials - Too Much Too Young

Rolling Stones - Sympathy For The Devil

James Gang - Funk 49

The Meters - Cissy Strut (actually just about anything by The Meters is cool to jam to if you're a beginner - teaches you how to brew your own funk)

Curtis Mayfield - Pusherman

Doobie Brothers - China Grove

Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Two Tribes

AC/DC - Inject The Venom, Flick Of The Switch

"Hysteria"-Muse (rated #1 bassline by NME, nbd)

I`m not trying to hijack the thread...
I read about Hysteria bass line by Muse being called by NME the base line of all times....

And honestly I lost any interest in NME (never had a lot) after that.

sure Hysteria bass line is nice, fun, interesting and good.... but calling it THE BASS LINE OF ALL TIMEs is a bit of a slap in a face to bass lines (and bands) like:
Pink Floyd - another brick in the wall or money
Queen - another one bites the dust or under pressure
Beatles - come together for instance

I could keep calling others...but really ...muse having this title is a bit too much for me
And yes I admit that base line itself is great....I just think that many people will agree with me saying that it IS NOT THE BEST BASS LINE OF ALL TIMES.

PS. that was a bit off topic...I apologize for that but every time I hear about it something boils inside of me.

Going back to the subject:
I`m in Jamiroquai phase now, so anything by him, especially:

Starchild, Runaway, Tallulah (I requested a music sheet or tab to this one few hours ago)
