This is obviously written by people that haven't much knowledge of the foundation.

Marcus Miller - very good, number 1 not even close

And Billy Sheehan elimated.



We don't have much depth into the mastery of the instrument.

Stop insulting our intelligence. This is just a stupid game. Bootsy used to be on there but got eliminated because some people actually see this as a game (:eek:) and other people would simply not see him as the top bassist if they had to pick just one (which they do). And JP Jones has the lead at the moment FYI.

If the implication is that I don't know music or bass foundations, that's just rude - and a matter of opinion. I looked up McBride - I recognize him (just didn't know his name), he's a fine bass player, not my taste though. Oteil is very much more to my taste - but I think the game has been stuck long enough (and would like to see a new one get started some day).

...apparently going to be a never-ending game tho, or a game of forum attrition.

I've seen Jaco, Marcus, Stanley, Victor W., Victor B. (and many others) live. They're all incredible. I have my personal preferences though.

I do love games.
