Best Coffee in the World

About 2 months ago I went to Amsterdam.... These guys hae the best coffee in the world! I have one of those grinder/perk machines, I use whole beans from various stores.... but none compare to the Dutch coffee......

Where/how do you guys buy/make your coffee?

It's mostly an Indian thing, they take the beans (after they are dried and store them loosely in these big sheds. They keep them stored through the monsoon season and, because they are stored with a lot of room for the moist air to circulate around the beans, they absorb a lot of mositure and swell to about double their original size. The taste of the coffee is very rich and smooth.

A friend of mine's dad runs an organic coffee company, it's pretty good stuff.

But I stopped drinking coffee so meh.

Oh yeah, the coffee in Amsterdam absolutely rocks!

And they have the condensed milk that has a slight yellow-brown tint. It's great in really dark, strong coffee.

I had some organic, shade-grown coffee when I was in Tucson, AZ about a year ago. Can't remember the brand right now, but it was blissful. Also had some great coffee when I was in Nicaragua, but usually Tanzanian Peaberry is my fave (if it's not dark roasted).
