Best "featherweight" power amp

i seriously doubt you'd need more than 300 watts in a coffeehouse. and any of these power amps will do. the real question of wattage comes down to your other bandmates.

i go by the formula, 6x the wattage of the combined guitarists' wattages. so if your guitarist is using a 100 watt marshall, you best have 600 watts by your side. course, he might not be blaring all 100 watts all the time, at least its good to know that if he does, you'll be ready.

and dont worry about the drummer, 300 watts is plenty to squelch whomever. as long as you're using more than one 1x10, you should be fine.

all in all, onstage, IMHO, you're competing with your bandmates in terms of volume, and the PA will do the rest.
